I don’t even want to begin imagining what that would entail, though I’m sure there are countless solutions.
Despite that, I’m pretty sure either the question writer or filer was seriously confused as to the difference between science and engineering. I think he wants an answer leaning towards the engineering end.
Also: I couldn’t help but notice that a good answer to the question “How big is 10000 square meters?” is “10000 square meters”. How big is an inch? An inch is an inch long. Maybe they want someone to compare 10000 square meters to a real world object with which they are familiar, though that is a different question.
